I have to say the taste is spot on, delicious! The texture isn’t the same flakiness of the original candy bar, but some of the candy corn crystalizes during cooling, making a similar texture that you get when you eat a butterfinger candy bar.
Put 16 oz of candy corn into a microwavable bowl. Melt for 1 minute in microwave. Stir and continue cooking in 15-second intervals until melted, stirring after each interval. Stir in 16 oz of peanut butter. Spread mixture in an 8×8 pan lined with parchment. Cool completely.
Cut into squares.
Dip in melted chocolate candy coating.
Lay on waxed paper to set.
