Wanna make something really yummy?  Do you like warm, gooey caramel?  How about chocolate chip cookies?  Those are good, aren’t they?

Why don’t you get your favorite chocolate chip cooke recipe and wrap it around a caramel and, oh I don’t know….BAKE IT!

You’re welcome.

  1. How do you get the chocolate chip cookies not flat? Mine are always flat and I can’t figure out why 😦

I’ve tried fresh baking soda, baking powder, butter vs margarine, folding in the flour vs mixing, room temp butter and eggs, cold butter and eggs…I don’t like flat chocolate chip cookies…

  2. I was worried that they might turn out flat because the dough was really “warm” by the time I made the balls so I put them in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes to cool off and firm up before baking.

I used the Nestle tollhouse recipe with real butter. My butter was softened when I mixed it, eggs were from the fridge.

    I hope that helps!
