The Science Job

Yesterday was the day that Clarabelle has Science Lab.  Every week the classes switch teachers for a science lesson.  Fish asked CB what she learned.  CB said that they learned about metals and silver.  She went on to describe how the teacher had all of these metal objects and they put a special cleaner on them and all the metal went from ugly gray to pretty silver.  CB said there were all sorts of metal pieces.  I asked if there were cups and a big pitcher?  Maybe some forks?  Yes, yes, yes!

Call me a pessimist but it sounds like my child and her classmates were conned into cleaning the good silver for an upcoming Christmas party.  The idea makes me laugh every time I think of it.
